Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

At Rosetta Diamond Jewellery, we strive to process and dispatch your precious jewellery as swiftly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our cancellation terms below:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You can cancel any standard catalogue order within 24 hours of placement or before the product has been handed over to our insured logistics partner, whichever is earlier.
• How to Cancel: To cancel, email our client concierge at rosettaorder2022@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 96244 20222 with your Order ID.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched with a transit tracking number, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may accept the delivery and initiate a return under our 30-Day Return Policy.
• Custom & Engraved Jewellery: Bespoke custom-crafted or laser-engraved jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has commenced (after 24 hours of confirmation).

2. 30-Day 100% Money-Back Return Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your standard jewellery piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

• The jewellery must be in its original, unworn, unused condition with zero scratches, dents, or signs of wear.
• The original product packaging, velvet keepsake box, warranty card, and authentic laboratory certificate (IGI / SGL / GIA / BIS Hallmarking card) must be returned intact.
• The original security tag attached to the jewellery must not be tampered with or removed.
• Products that have been resized, modified, or altered by an outside jeweller are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process & Crediting Timeline (5–7 Business Days)

We process all customer refunds transparently and promptly:

• Quality Inspection: Once our insured logistics partner brings your returned parcel to our Surat quality verification facility, our master gemologists will inspect the gold purity and natural diamond specifications within 24 to 48 hours.
• Prepaid / Online Orders (Razorpay): Upon successful quality clearance, your refund will be automatically initiated to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI). The credited amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance cycle.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders fulfilled via COD, refunds will be processed via direct National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT / IMPS) or UPI to the customer's verified bank account within 5 to 7 business days of quality clearance.
• Cancelled Orders: In case of orders cancelled prior to dispatch, 100% of the transaction amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days with zero deduction.

4. Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup Across India

To ensure total peace of mind, Rosetta Diamond Jewellery provides complimentary, fully insured doorstep reverse pickup across all major pin codes in India. You do not need to visit a post office or pay any courier charge.

Our concierge will schedule a verified pickup executive with a tamper-evident security envelope. Simply place the jewellery in the box, seal the envelope in front of the executive, and retain the pickup receipt.

5. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Guarantee

Fine jewellery is an heirloom. Beyond the 30-day return period, all gold and diamond jewellery purchased from Rosetta Diamond Jewellery qualifies for our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback policy:

• Gold Value: 100% benchmark value of net gold weight at prevailing market rates.
• Diamond Value: 100% evaluation value on certified natural diamonds based on current market rates.
• Deductions: Nominal making charges and applicable GST as per prevailing government statutory norms.
