1. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Processing & Dispatch: Ready-to-ship jewellery in our active inventory is dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Metro Deliveries (Standard Products): Deliveries to major metropolitan cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) typically take 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): Deliveries to other serviceable pin codes take approximately 5 to 7 business days.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Solitaires: Customized pieces, bespoke bridal designs, or specific ring sizes requiring custom casting and diamond setting require 10 to 14 business days for precision handcrafting prior to express insured dispatch.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders Above ₹5,000: FREE Insured Express Shipping across all serviceable PIN codes throughout India.
- Orders Below ₹5,000: A nominal flat shipping and insurance fee of ₹150 is applied at checkout.
- There are zero hidden packaging charges or handling surcharges. All prices are completely transparent.

Every transit parcel is fully insured. In the exceedingly rare circumstance that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, Rosetta Diamond Jewellery assumes 100% liability and will provide an immediate replacement or full refund.
4. Tamper-Proof Packaging & OTP Handover
Each jewel is placed in our signature luxury presentation box with accredited laboratory certificates, sealed inside a durable, tamper-evident security bag featuring a unique barcode seal.
Important Recipient Instructions:
- For your protection, delivery requires an SMS One-Time Password (OTP) or valid Government Photo ID verification at the time of handover.
- Please examine the outer security polybag before signing. If the seal appears damaged, tampered, cut, or open, do not accept the package. Note "Refused Due to Tampering" on the courier sheet and inform our concierge immediately.
5. Real-Time Shipment Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the logistics carrier, an automated notification containing your Courier Name and Tracking AWB Number will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp). You can also track your shipment live by visiting your Account Orders Page.
