1. Eligibility & User Account

2. Product Authenticity, BIS Hallmarking & Certification

• All fine gold jewellery offered on this website is authenticated and stamped with genuine Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking (916 / 750 / 585) along with a unique HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) code.
• All natural diamond jewellery is accompanied by an authentic gemological certificate issued by accredited international and national gemological institutes (IGI, SGL, GIA, or equivalent).
• Due to traditional handcrafting and finishing, actual gross weight and carat weights may vary marginally (±5%) from listed specifications. Price adjustments, if any, will be clearly communicated.

3. Pricing, Market Fluctuations & Payment Gateways

• Currency: All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and include statutory Goods and Services Tax (3% GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Price Locking: Gold and diamond market prices fluctuate continuously. Once an order has been successfully placed and payment verified, the purchase price is locked and will not change regardless of subsequent bullion rate shifts.
• Online Payments: We accept online prepaid payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and EMI options through our authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes up to a maximum order value of ₹50,000 as per statutory regulations in India.

4. Shipping, Transit Risk & Inspection

Every shipment dispatched by Rosetta Diamond Jewellery is 100% transit-insured. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer only upon physical delivery and OTP/signature verification. Detailed shipping terms are available in our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refund Terms

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch within 24 hours of placement. We provide a 30-Day 100% Money Back Return Policy for unworn jewellery with original certification intact. All approved refunds are credited to the customer's original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please consult our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

All content included on this website, such as product imagery, brand logos, graphics, text, jewellery designs, and digital downloads, is the proprietary intellectual property of Rosetta Diamond Jewellery and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms and any individual contracts formed through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, legal claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
